Andy Marshall is an entrepreneur who owns and operates several successful restaurants (including Homestead Manor!) He will share his entrepreneurial story and share tips and advice for students and individuals who are interested in business, entrepreneurship and leadership.

1:00 p.m. Keynote Speaker: LoLita Toney, M.A., M.B.A., Ivy Business Solutions

"Embracing the New Landscape of Today's Workplace"

LoLita Toney is the managing director of Ivy Business Solutions, and also serves as director of development for the National Museum of African American Music. LoLita has a background in higher education, recruiting and fundraising and is also an Army veteran. LoLita will speak to the “hot topic” of career readiness – how can we better prepare our students for their future careers? How can colleges and universities partner with employers to ensure their students find success in their careers? What can employers do to ensure they are offering a welcoming and supportive environment for millennials, nontraditional students and veterans? LoLita will share tips and advice for both career services professionals and hiring managers!
