Our History
The Tennessee Association of Colleges and Employers (TACE) was formed in April 1995 by a merger of the Tennessee College Placement Association (TCPA was founded in 1970) and the Tennessee Cooperative Education Association (TCEA was founded in 1981). The two groups, both historically strong organizations within the state, work to enhance the recruitment and career development of students and graduates.
